Discover the Acemagic X1: Revolutionize Your Workflow with the World’s First Horizontal Folding Dual-Screen Laptop
At Computex 2024, Acemagic unveiled its latest innovation in dual-screen laptops, the Acemagic X1, which boasts a unique horizontal folding design. Unlike traditional dual-display laptops with vertically stacked screens, the Acemagic X1 features a breakthrough 360-degree folding mechanism
This innovative design allows users to position the dual screens side by side or fold them back for simultaneous viewing. This back-to-back mode facilitates easy sharing of content, making it ideal for collaborative tasks such as presentations, multiplayer gaming, or enjoying a movie with a friend.
While the concept may seem unconventional at first, it addresses a practical need that other dual-screen laptops on the market often ignore – ensuring that both screens are equally functional and easily accessible in different situations.
Acemagic's approach with the X1 sets it apart from the competition, offering a truly versatile solution that increases productivity and enhances the multimedia experience without compromising usability or design aesthetics.
Featuring the 12th-generation Intel Core i7-1255U processor, the Acemagic X1 boasts dual 14-inch FullHD displays. Released in 2022, this 15-watt, 10-core CPU offers solid performance, surpassing Intel's latest chips found in budget-friendly notebooks.
Equipped with 16GB of dual channel DDR4 RAM and offering up to 1TB SSD storage, the Acemagic X1 ensures seamless multitasking and ample storage capacity. Connectivity options include two USB Type-C ports, one USB 3.0 Type-A port, and one HDMI 2.0 port, with one USB-C port dedicated for charging purposes.
During Computex, Acemagic highlighted support for Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2, alongside a robust 70.4Wh battery. These specifications, however, await final confirmation from the company.
